A giant fork protruding from the lake marks the entrance to the Food Museum, founded by the Swiss firm Nestlé and established in a neoclassical edifice. The permanent exhibition revolves around three themes: food, society and the body. Beyond rich digital resources, the approach adopted is experimental. The Alimentarium (Food Hall) offers an amusing and interactive insight into food that appeals to all ages, and particularly young visitors, thanks to cookery workshops.
