The Michelin Guide's review
The statue of Jean-Baptiste Kléber (1753-1800), a famous local boy, stands proudly in the centre of the square of the same name. His victories are enumerated on the base of the statue, illustrated with bas-reliefs. An 18C edifice, Aubette, on one side of the square, was thus named because the changing of the troops took place at dawn.
