The Place du Marché-aux-Oies was once, as its name suggests, the site of the traditional goose market (oie is French for goose). A charming contemporary sculpture of geese adorns the square, further enhanced by turrets, pinnacles and corner staircases. Note the 16C Manoir de Gisson, with its castle-like architecture.
