Le Bozio
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Even more untamed and impenetrable than the landscape of neighbouring Castagniccia, the Bozio mountains constituted one of the epicentres of the Corsican revolts of the 18C. The region, now dedicated to cattle, pig and sheep farming, is characterised by the survival of its oral traditions. It is still possible to hear ancient music and polyphonic songs.
