The Michelin Guide's review
This imposing stone structure was originally designed in 1843 by noted British architect George Gilbert Scott (1811-1878). Destroyed by fire in 1892, the Anglican church was just reconstructed in the 20C and is a good example of Gothic Revival architecture with a finely sculpted interior, wooden vaulted ceilings and reredos.
