The Michelin Guide's review
Now home to the Brazilian Embassy, the Pamphili residence was extended from 1644 to 1650 by Girolamo Rainaldi, at the time of Giovanni Battista Pamphili's nomination as pope under the name Innocent X. The palazzo is home to a beautiful Baroque-style gallery painted on the political theme of the Aeneid by Pietro da Cortona between 1651 and 1654.
