Mumm cellars
Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's Opinion
This house, founded in 1827, has 218ha of vines and 25km of cellars. The Cordon Rouge, which first appeared in 1876 to become the brand's emblem, originates from the red ribbon, a homage to the Légion d'Honneur, with which the estate adorned the bottles of its best clients. After a film comes the tour of the cellars, which takes you to the old fermenting rooms, preserved in their original state, and ends with an exhibition of the tools of the trade.
