The Michelin Guide's review
This landscaped park constitutes a small part of the old Coulonge seigneury granted to Louis d'Ailleboust of Coulonge in 1649. In 1780 the estate was split up and one of the first country homes was erected here 10 years later. Open to the public, Bois-de-Coulonge Park features some twenty interpretation panels. As well as the gardens and a belvedere overlooking the river, visitors can see an exhibition entitled "Portrait of Bois-de-Coulonge" in the old boiler room of the greenhouses.
