The Michelin Guide's review
The Rudolfinum was designed by architects Josef Zitek and Josef Schultz and was inaugurated in 1884. The home of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, it was Prague's first large concert hall (1,200 seats). Its façade is in the Neo-Renaissance style, and the sculptures outside are by Antonín Wagner and Bohuslav Schnirch. If you go there for a concert (the programme is excellent), don't miss the beautiful interior décor in the Dvorák Room.
