The Michelin Guide's review
In the Quartier Épiscopal area, see one of the oldest churches in France. This former collegiate church was founded around 552; after the great fire that ravaged Poitiers on 1083, it was remodelled several times until the 15C. The church has a Romanesque apse and bell tower porch connected to an Angevin Gothic nave. The bell tower porch has a Flamboyant doorway.
