The Michelin Guide's review
The museum stands on the site of a 16C hospital; its Renaissance façade remains intact, as does its chapel, where the sacred art exhibition is now housed. Note the Roman mosaic paving from 2C and 4C villas. Romanesque art is the star of the show, with capitals from the former Pamplona Cathedral (12C). From later periods, you will see fragments of murals from across the province, and the 11C Hispanic-Arab ivory chest from Córdoba.
