Like a beautiful emerald set in the last mountain range of the Jura, Lac d'Aiguebelette (545ha) is stunning. Its waters, protected from industrial, urban or noise pollution (motor boats are prohibited!), reach depths of 71m and are renowned for the wealth and variety of fish they contain. On the agenda: water sports, relaxation on one of the beaches and, to learn more about this world, audiovisual projection at the Maison du Lac (visitor centre).
