The Michelin Guide's review
With the distinctive three-aisle layout of all hall churches, the Gothic St Lambert's features groined vaulting over the central nave and star vaults over the side aisles. The 99m-high openwork spire was added to the tower in the 19C. Hanging from the tower are three iron cages in which the bodies of the Anabaptist leaders were displayed in 1536. Behind the church, the fine haberdashers' guild house has a remarkable gable end (1588).
