The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Designed by Peter Rose and Phyllis Lambert, the CCA (1989) is a distinctive and unusual example of post-Modern architecture. A recognized international reference and research centre, the institution contains over 180,000 books, 65,000 prints and drawings, 30,000 plans and over 50,000 photographs. It regularly stages temporary exhibitions and the architectural garden across Boulevard René-Lévesque is an interesting landscaped park.
