The Michelin Guide's review
This collegiate church was built by Robert the Pious in the 11C, but its façade, remodelled during the reign of François I, is Renaissance in style. It features some very beautiful 12C capitals decorated with palm leaves and siren-birds, typical features of early Gothic art. On the right, near the entrance to the choir, is a copy of the Melun diptych by Jean Fouquet, in which the Virgin is depicted with the face of Agnès Sorel (one part of the original is in Antwerp, the other in Berlin).
