The Michelin Guide's review
In a hilly 45ha park dotted with lakes and ponds, this research centre gives visitors a glimpse at our ancestors' crafts and habitat and the living conditions humans were faced with in the past. It also promotes understanding of nature. There is a reconstructed Iron Age village, workshops where visitors can take part in various experiences, and you can even cut wood, cook on prehistoric "barbecues" or row in a canoe made from a tree trunk.
