The Michelin Guide's review
From the top of the Pic de l'Aigle (993m), often called the Eagle's Beak, you can take in a transversal view of the whole of the Jura. The viewpoint overlooks the Cluse d'Ilay (which the D 678 follows) across the heights of La Chaux-du-Dombief. On the left stand the Jura Mountains, behind which you can make out the summit of Mont Blanc on a very clear day; on the right lie the plateaux, the edge of which you can discern above the plain of the Saône.
