The Michelin Guide's review
This unpretentious white clapboard home (1890) gives a rare glimpse into the private life of America's 33rd president, Harry S Truman (1884-1972). After a first trip to Key West in 1946, Truman returned following his reelection in 1949 and spent 175 days in the refurbished house he called his "Little White House." The furnishings have mostly been left as they were. A short biographical documentary chronicles Truman's life during his term of office.
