The Michelin Guide's review
Finished in 1580, this 72m-high belfry-cum-watchtower today belongs to the small Baroque church of St Clement (sv. Klimenta). Known as the "White Tower" because of the light-coloured sandstone used to build it, its other claim to fame is that it possesses the third largest bell of the country. Its gallery offers a superb panorama of the old and the new town.
