The Michelin Guide's review
Hong Kong Island is extremely mountainous. The north, its historic centre, is highly built up, with skyscrapers, hectic traffic and traditional shops. Central, Wan Chai and Mid-Levels are the main districts. Beaches and mountains depict the south. Aberdeen Harbour is famous for its floating restaurants and fishermen, while the village of Stanley is popular at weekends for its seaside restaurants and market, although the latter is something of a tourist trap.
