Birth House of Constantin Brâncusi
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Birthplace of Constantin Brâncusi (1876-1957), the modest house built by his father in 1862 is now a memorial-museum, which showcases documents, artefacts and souvenirs. Entirely made of wood, the sculpted columns of the house and its rural environment (gate, well, orchards) provide the visitor with an insight into the artist's inspiration: Gorj folklore.
