The Michelin Guide's review
This Baroque church was built during the 18C by the Heidelberg-born architect JA Breunig. The main façade, modelled on the Jesuit Church in Rome, is the work of FW Rabaliatti, architect to the Palatine court. The church has a museum of sacred and liturgical art (objects from the 17C to the 19C), with treasure including much gold- and silverware.
