Brambuk Aboriginal Centre
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
This Aboriginal art centre is a reminder that tribes inhabited the slopes and valleys of the "Gariwerd" (The Grampians) as early as 30 000 years ago. Moreover, the massif harbours around sixty rock paintings, which are on show at, among others, the Billimina Shelter and the Manja Shelter. The Brambuk Aboriginal Centre also organises projections, exhibitions and didgeridoo and boomerang demonstrations. Be sure to pop into the café, where you can sample the famous bush tucker.
