The Michelin Guide's review
This 12C Romanesque keep situated near the church was transformed into a patrician residence in the 16C, unlike Ath's Burbant Tower, which has retained a strong military appearance. The house is home to a cultural centre and a small tapestry museum which reminds visitors that Enghien once boasted major tapestry workshops (15C-18C). Note the fine series of five tapestries, Greenery with Children's Games (16C).
