The Michelin Guide's Opinion
Darcy was the engineer who installed a drinking water supply in Dijon and was responsible for the PLM railway line running through the city. These feats earned him a pleasant square, laid out with flower beds and decorated with a replica of the Polar Bear, by Burgundy sculptor Pompon (1855-1933).
