The Michelin Guide's review
Created in 1982, the mall extends southeast from the bus terminal to the Civic Center Plaza. This pedestrianised route is flanked by office blocks, cafés and shops, as well as 11 fountains. Don't miss the D & F Tower (1910, Arapahoe St), a replica of the bell tower on St Mark's basilica in Venice; the Kittredge Building (1891, Glenarm Pl.), an attractive neo-Romanesque building; and the Paramount Theatre (1929). With its restaurants and shops, Denver Pavilions is one of the liveliest places in the city.
