The Michelin Guide's Opinion
Formerly the St. Catherine's Gate, from the walls encircling the town, this is the only gate that survives. It is a handsome dark brick structure dating back to C15 and 16C, and it is flanked by two fine turrets. You will have an attractive view of it from the picturesque white movable bridge that stands in front of it. A canal passes under the building annexed to it.
