The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Established in a 17C house, the Natural History and Ethnography Museum is worth a visit for its displays devoted to the region's subsoil and wildlife. Artfully displayed indigenous Alsace stuffed mammals, birds and fish await you, while the geology collection will enlighten you regarding the tectonics of the Rhine rift and explain the region's diversity of landscapes. The museum is also home to mineral and Egyptian collections.
