The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Housed in an attractive complex of white buildings, this museum is devoted to the art and culture of Northern Thailand, as well as to Siamese art throughout the ages, from prehistory to the Ratanakosin period (19C-20C). Exhibits of particular interest in the museum include the enormous 15C bronze Buddha's head and the gold-covered footprint of Buddha.
