The Michelin Guide's review
All that remains of the former church, built in the 14C and 15C and extended from 1629 onwards, is the very fine Baroque tower. The current church, built by Poelaert in the 19C, is a blend of several styles and is inspired by the Église St Eustache in Paris. The chevet exemplifies the architect's relatively unconventional approach to designing the building.
