The Michelin Guide's review
According to an inscription, this half-timbered, corbelled house was the birthplace of Jacques Coeur, the king's master of the mint, who lived in the 15C. It however dates from the early 16C and stands on the site of a former abode, which belonged to Jacques Coeur's wife.
