The Michelin Guide's review
This museum is housed in the former Le Nil paper factory (closed in 1972). In the rooms on the level of the Charente River, the site has retained several vestiges that hark back to the use of the river's water to mechanically power the factory (paddle wheel, sluice gates...). There is a permanent historical exhibition, as well as good-quality temporary exhibitions presenting technical or artistic aspects of paper or cardboard.
