In this picturesque Cantal village, home to a castle, the traveller is always delighted to take a seat in this tastefully renovated traditional barn (wood, stone and shale). Beneath a stunning raftered ceiling, gaze out at the Doire Valley through the large windows. In the kitchen, chef Olivier Cloteau expertly crafts seasonal dishes that pay homage to the Cantal region and its producers, without forgetting a few nods to his Charentes roots (mouclade (mussels in saffron) as an appetizer). 100% wholesome, hearty nosh.
