“My cuisine reflects my region”, says owner-chef Pietro D’Agostino, “It’s full of sunshine, fresh, influenced by tradition and yet at the same time modern.” Our inspectors came to a similar conclusion: they describe this chef’s cuisine as innovative yet with regional roots, and his constant search for the best ingredients as endearingly obsessive. Fresh fish, locally grown vegetables, various types of local olive oil and snail caviar all feature on the menu which has a real Slow Food focus. The beautiful terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea adds to the appeal, as does the wine list which is impressive and surprising in equal measure.
