The Council of Agriculture rolled out the ‘Tian Ma Ma’ programme to train and sponsor rural women to start their own businesses selling local specialities. This small shop is one such establishment and prides itself on milkfish farmed by the women themselves and certified additive-free. Its signature milkfish fillet is aged and seared in its own oil, boasting crispness and umami. Try also three-cup milkfish sausage, and dark brown sugar wagui.
