Having run Délice with great dedication for 20 years, Evangelos Pattas has now entrusted the reins to capable hands. As maître d' and sommelier, Andreas Lutz provides courteous and highly competent service and astute wine recommendations. Andreas Hettinger (now also the owner of the restaurant) continues to preside over the open kitchen. Here, he turns excellent ingredients into harmonious dishes that draw on classic, Mediterranean and creative influences. These are presented as a seasonal set menu, which diners savour in an attractive space with a barrel-vaulted ceiling. It is possible to reduce the number of courses from five to four.
