Originally from Auvergne, chef Bernard Ricou was a pupil of Paul Bocuse. He extends a warm welcome at this charming, friendly place with a timeless atmosphere and a terrace commanding one of the best views of Sion. Three different classic and seasonal set menus are served. Lobster playing an important role year round and is almost always to be found on the menu.
