A professional couple is at the helm of this inn nestling on the banks of the Dordogne, which is visible through the large windows. The menu displays a fusion of local produce (foie gras, mallard) with influences from afar – and that goes for the desserts, too, which are as creative as you would expect from this establishment: apple pastilla with ginger vinegar, green shiso cream, black sesame vinaigrette and apple compote sorbet.
