One MICHELIN Star : High quality cooking, worth a stop!
Using top quality ingredients, dishes with distinct flavours are carefully prepared to a consistently high standard.
Nestled inside a small pedestrianised courtyard in the centre of Saint-Émilion, the Logis de la Cadène wins over diners with charming service throughout that never falters and enhances the experience here. Once installed in a comfortable armchair in the classic, elegant dining room (exposed stonework, old parquet flooring), let the culinary show begin. The cuisine showcases the best of the local terroir in accomplished and inventive dishes such as the lamb served in different ways (the rack is served pink and comes with a reduced carcass jus, while the shoulder is stuffed with tiny girolle mushrooms from the Médoc). These culinary delights are accompanied by astutely selected wines, with over 900 labels on the wine list.
