The Michelin Guide's review
Between the road and the étier (a seawater channel) onto which the conservatory backs, this characteristic island house showcases splendid local seafood: grilled lobster, wild turbot cooked on the bone, sole meunière, marsh eels in garden herbs, without forgetting the desserts, soufflé au Grand Marnier or Paris-Brest pastry – to die for! The food of a genuine craftsman – fresh and oozing with flavour.
