Italian Contemporary
The Michelin Guide's review
A dapper restaurant with a smart, minimalist interior and large windows that let in plenty of light. In one of the dining spaces, a glass partition offers views into the kitchen, where the seasonal dishes, mainly of Italian and Mediterranean inspiration, are prepared. Pasta is also on the menu. The quality, craftsmanship and seasoning are all on point. The food finds its perfect partner in the Swiss and Italian wines. Also a pastry chef, the owner ensures that the dessert menu includes an excellent choice of ice creams and tarts. In summer, diners can make the most of the covered terrace – despite its roadside location, you have a view of meadows, villages and mountains. There is also the option of staying overnight.
