Partially hidden along the road, this restaurant is accessed via a short descent which leads you to a breathtaking terrace boasting views of Capri and the Faraglioni rocks, Ischia, Procida, Naples and Vesuvius, all of which seem to be reflected in the beautiful Bay of Naples. In this stunning setting, the chef creates a cuisine which is both new and traditional, regional and creative. The surrounding area is a constant inspiration and the kitchen garden in the hotel grounds supplies citrus fruit, aromatic and wild herbs, liberally used in the recipes. There’s also an excellent selection of regional wines, a good choice of wines available by the glass, plus a fine array of liqueurs and Cuban cigars.
