In this restaurant on the banks of the Loire River, diners enjoy the chef's creative, spirited cuisine, which is proposed as a three- to seven-course menu-carte. Try, for example, the superb blanquette of sweetbreads with a twist, but also the foie gras, cocoa and orange, and a dessert of chocolate, hazelnut and thyme mousse. Meticulously and deftly made.
