A youthful and hospitable Franco-Belgian couple has breathed a new lease of gourmet life into this picture postcard country inn. The immaculately prepared, hunger obliterating, impressively rendered food is the handiwork of a ten-strong white-jacketed team, using deluxe ingredients (fera from Éric Jacquier, poultry from Cour d’Armoirie, Saint Eustache fruit orchards and seafood delicacies such as wild spider crab or grilled John Dory, etc.).
