After stints with Yannick Alléno and Philippe Mille, this gifted craftsman curates feel-good, flavoursome food that hits the spot every time, illustrated by egg parfait in Kadayif noodles with a minty cream of green peas and spicy oil or pork belly served with a deep-fried croquette of pig’s trotters. The vibe is friendly and casual.
