In the mountainous area on the edge of the Basque Country, this traditional place is quite simply charming... not least thanks to the food. Tuck into dishes such as grilled foie gras, parsnips with pain d'épice, or confit shoulder of lamb and piquillo peppers... It is simple, tasty and hearty fare, and the view of the Pyrenees is superb.
