Linus and Therese Arpagaus offer diners a charming setting in which to tuck into their excellent cuisine made using fresh produce. The menu takes its cue from the region and includes local specialties such as capuns and pizokel. Fans of veal liver, sweetbreads or tripe are also in for a treat. The garden terrace is wonderful, and Sala is another alternative.
