Two views, one of the historical harbour and the other of the open kitchen, grab your attention as soon as you enter this restaurant with a buzzing atmosphere. The same playful energy is even more apparent in the creations of chef Robin Blaauw. He is, for instance, as happy to dabble in the rich flavours of South American cuisine as he is to dive into the Asian culinary world. Drawing inspiration from his travels, he works with the finest Dutch produce to conjure up his dishes. Thanks to his eye for detail, this young chef has already made an impressive career for himself.
