Daniel Raub represents the third generation at the helm of this family-run business. At Genießer Stube, one of the restaurants of the Landhaus Biewald hotel, he serves up classic French-based cuisine with a seasonal focus, eschewing any frills and putting his ingredients centre stage. At lunchtime there is the "Tassenmenü"; in the evening you can order the set menu ("Genießer Menü") or à la carte. The wine list is also worth a look. In winter, food is served in the cosy parlour with its old wooden beamed ceiling. In summer, the conservatory and terrace are available. Professional service is provided by a charming front-of-house team. The second restaurant, Zur Tränke, is housed in the newly constructed modern hotel building.
