Hartmaier’s Villa is housed in the lovely 1818 Villa Watthalden. Diners sit in pretty modern dining rooms, of which some are elegant and others more informal. The menu is the same throughout and includes veal steak in morel sauce with spring vegetables and homemade spätzle (Swabian noodles).
